Got it replaced 3 times and repaired once and all the phones which i;ve recieved was reconditioned and faulty.
Called anovo (nokia) up again explained everything and she said she cant find any of the previous records :S really? is that my problem? no wll after arguing for about 30 min, she kept saying it was never replaced. I kept saying it was she couldn't find any thing. So i managed to find the original box and gave her the orginal imei of the box, the last letter which i recieved from nokia had 2 imei numbers. so i gave her those aswell. Now she sai it has been replaced twice not three times. and the first one was replaced by carphoneware house? I was the one who sent to nokia every time not her, I know who i sent the phone to. She's still saying itwas replaced twice and not three times. She doesn't have any previous records. I can't prove the second phone was faulty as i don't have the imei number.
They won't replace it anymore as it has been more then 2 months since this handset was lst replaced. They want to repair it. I'm sick of N900. Spending £450 on a phone and getting a cr*p phone wants me to kill nokia
I'm asking to nokia to replace the handset for another model.
What do you guys think, will it be possible?
I'm going to talk to the manager directly tomorrow and explain everything. I'm fine with sending it away if they want to look at the condition (which is brand new) but i want some other phone now as they will give me another reconditioned handset
