I don't know what you mean by "worked it in" but the portrait keyboard that was linked works almost everywhere in the phone.

I meant he go it working on his Twokia app, before it i assume it was just the hardware keyboard
I haven't had the virtual keyboard turned on in ages but I didn't think it appeared for X-Term, ill stand corrected though.
Irrespective of this though my reason for posting is that this app looks pretty good and would be nice to have

This came onto my twitter feed (@colmsmyth) yesterday and it looks very promising, I know it an X-Term twitter app but it looks good and even has a portrait qwerty.
The developer @SimonLR says it probably will never be released but get in touch with him, perhaps if enough do he will.
