Hey all,

This came onto my twitter feed (@colmsmyth) yesterday and it looks very promising, I know it an X-Term twitter app but it looks good and even has a portrait qwerty.

The developer @SimonLR says it probably will never be released but get in touch with him, perhaps if enough do he will.

Enjoy

That portrait keyboard is the system-wide one currently being developed by realsportscars (see here).

@colm.smyth

I don't know what you mean by "worked it in" but the portrait keyboard that was linked works almost everywhere in the phone.

I meant he go it working on his Twokia app, before it i assume it was just the hardware keyboard

I haven't had the virtual keyboard turned on in ages but I didn't think it appeared for X-Term, ill stand corrected though.

Irrespective of this though my reason for posting is that this app looks pretty good and would be nice to have

That would be me.

I highly doubt it'll ever see the light of day outside of my personal use, unfortunate for those who are interested. TweeGo Mobile is moving along at a good enough that it should be suffice for the majority.

I have nothing to do with the portrait VKB plugin.
