I know people have asked if one is available, and the answer appears to be No, but who is responsible for making the auto installer? does E-Yes himself have to make that too?

Or can someone else step in and get one working?

Does anyone happen to know if it will be coming in the near future? (or at all)

the NitDroid forums are disabled for registration (otherwise I would have posted there)

the NitDroid team has done excellent work!

It is really easy to manually install NITDroid. I think you should try to install it manually.

See this thread for more information

If you do such things often, you can understand what you're doing!

I know you were half joking, but you know that once the ability to make/receive calls comes in, the forums will be flodded with "calls hang up for no reason. stupid nitdroid, can't even do it right" or "you can't put the volume up, you can only hear at the same volume. so stupid"

I think the team doesn't want to open up that can of worms just yet.

Be it hardware, software, or politics, whatever reasons they have, (since they are the ones smart enough to port it in the first place) are probably very good ones.
