Hey guys, I am currently doing my AS level and I have to make a video project for media studies. I was wondering if N900 could record videos in slow motion. Is there any way to increase frames per second to like 60 or 70. I have used many professional video editing softwares like Adobe premiere, Sony vegas etc but when I use slow motion the video is not smooth. If there was a way to record videos at higher frames per second it would be smooth and I could impress my fellow students and teachers.

i think video recording is not 100% smooth with normal (~24) fps so i would say forget about this

Playback is not smooth but I think recording is smooth. All recorded videos work great on a PC.

How low? Ratio should not change but if resolution is 720*480. It is good.

maybe you can start video recording from x-terminal with desired framerate and resolution but i still don't think the chances are very high for a acceptable output

I guess it's impossible, and in the remote possibility that you get 60fps (at half resolution) it would not be that much gain...
