this'll have been the umpteenth time that i've asked for help her....
So here's the problem, hildon-home on my n900 all of a sudden started running at 80%+, the only app that I have recently installed was the new facebook app (installed a few hours prior). I was unable to kill hildon-home, and then when I got a text it all went horribly wrong, the notification stays there and I am unable to click on it. So I thought I would reflash it, however the problem still persists, I am also unable to create a back up or customise the desktop by pressing the desktop menu.
The device also becomes unresponsive and the only way to get it to work is to take the battery out
My guess is that it has something to do with hildon-desktop, does anyone know if it is replaceable??
I have flashed the device for the 3rd time and still no dice....
any help would be greatly appreciated
