hello everybody,
i need help with re-installing my firmware cause it's not working properly although i have the latest update
so can you please explain to me how to do that in steps

Search the forum for maemo flasher, you will find all instructions along with it..

Try here http://wiki.maemo.org/Updating_the_tablet_firmware first and please read it through understanding as much as you can before attempting to re-flash.

Practise makes perfect and no worries you cannot damage your device flashing from info on this page.
