So, to summarise;

When you turn on your phone all the messages that arrived in that date frame appear.
When you close that conversation window all the messages are deleted.
You have tried to restore the phone using NSU but it gives you an error.

It sounds like the database for text messages is corrupted - and you will need to re-flash your phone to restore it, or rename the actual database in which case a new one will be created and the old one will be defunkt, loosing all your text messages.

What is the error that you get from NSU?

And please try to refrain from using "txt spk".....

i have the same issue as well, but i noticed its with only one contact in particular. If I send a text to someone else other than the contact thats not working, it will work briefly. I'd try reflashing if the problem persists for too long.

what do u guys mean by its deleting the messages on its own??
where do u notice or check that the messages are gone??
i am asking cause i know also that if u keep scrolling up in conversations the old messages will appear also to a paticular contact.

what we mean is that when we close out of the conversation then open it back, the recent texts sent (in my case anyways) are gone.
