Hi. I live in Costa Rica too and sadly, my n900 has not ever worked in 3G. I only get 2.5G.

it is a hardware limitations...... nothing software can do here.

I have a question related to the powerful Nokia N900
I live in Costa Rica and for my disgrace my Mobile Phone Provider works the 3G band at 850 and the Nokia N900 works it at 900
I would like to know if this powerful phone can be configure by software to work in 3G band at 850? or if there is a way to make it?
I will appreciate any comment about it
