What is this error from?
Emmc @ 32gb
NAND @ 256 mb
OPT @ 2GB

??

Download a copy of pr1.3 and vanilla emmc and try do a complete fresh reinstall...

If you have access to your phone still, maybe you can format the NAND before you reflash?
I would try and do a full format on all 3 drives.

Error 84 is EILSEQ. In the context of MMC it has this meaning:

Code:
 * EILSEQ Basic format problem with the received or sent data
 * (e.g. CRC check failed, incorrect opcode in response
 *              or bad end bit)
To me it sounds like your eMMC has gone bad... Did you ever drop your N900?
