Hi

I've just flashed my device (with vanilla) and just installed the latest version of the COMMUNITY SSU!

Now, IM NOT ABLE TO USE THE E-MAIL CLIENT! When I open the client, it just shows a few seconds and then dissapears! It's just inaccessible.

Is there any way to fix that bug? N900 is useless without E-mail Client. -.-

Not CSSU. Mine works fine, email is just an absolutely Shiz program.

Actually I have the same problem; never had such an issue until I installed CSSU.

Luckily my email client works well for the 98% of the time, the problem shows up rarely (and only with certain kind of email, although I do not understand what kind it is).

I've had it randomly crash every now and then since CSSU.... But its never been perfect from the start

I had to downgrade to the pre-CSSU version of Modest, as the crashing was constant under some unkown state of my mailboxes. Almost never crashes now (maybe 1x per week max).

works for me.. haven't had a crash with it yet (been using for several months with 3 email accounts)

You guys recognize that you complain about issues with something not recommended for "normal" users?! File a bug report!

After upgrading to PR1.3 my Exchange account now frequently is unable to synchronize. Manual synchronization however works all the time.

CSSU hasn't caused any issues for me, other than that very very rarely Modest crashes. Could be caused by something else than CSSU though.

I'm using one gmail account and one MfE account.

Can't talk for the others; regarding me, I'm not complaining at all, personally I think that bugs make my device more interesting and interactive (that's why I test almost everything here on Maemo.org ).

my email client freezes and then closes since I updated to the latest CSSU
