Application manager, Application catalogs, maemo.org (or extras), uncheck Disabled.

Please post some logs after you try to disable the repos, let it refresh the lists, then enable the repos and let it again refresh the lists.

I cant download any program . I have internet connection and I can visit webpages but when Im trying to update my programs or download new programs Im seeing empty list !
I downloaded some programs on past but its 20 days that I cant update anything.
Im using the same internet connection so what is the problem?
