migt be nice to have a thrad that points out any good things in the new update that you might find that others might miss?

I don't know if it was ther befoe, but now in the browser I always found it hard in full screen mode to get my thumb on the slider or bottom sidebar button to track down a page, now I find that if you put your thumb on the page next to te sidebar and move UP the page scrolls down.

Was this there befoe the update? Either way, pleased with that

Greetings:

Here are some of the things I find work well:

Skype: excellent quality, loads perfectly, love the layout.
YouTube: video streaming is very smooth now.

I'll see if I can find other things

Regards Robert

Much better touch screen sensitivity! Plus an impression of quicker functioning.

I don't know if its just me but I think that the browser has improved. I am now able to scroll smoothly while the page is loading. This change makes browsing feel much faster.

Ive noticed that the camera produces more lifelike colors. Not all oranges and reds. It still sucks, but now it seems to suck less.

I've noticed that the down and up keys scroll the page now too if you hold them down. Was that there before?

Battery life is mucho improved now too. I also love being able to finally watch the YouTube videos without any choppiness.

The touchscreen is so much responsive. Now I don't have to use so much pressure to use the scrollbar especially on the right side of the screen. Before the update, I thought I had a defected touchscreen.

As for the camera, whenever I move the camera around....it's so much smoother.

The new Flash 9 update is great. I was at the Apple store earlier today to test out the iPhone's web browsing capabiliy to browse my website and I was disappointed that it had no flash support and was a bit slow to load.

My device seems more responsive, browser and flash update gives me more websites to view that didn't work before. And it may just be me but the screen seems more viewable in the day light, with backlight of course.

I just noticed something new with the flash plugin, there are now settings like you find on a pc. It seems that flash has support for the microphone but there is also a video tab. The webcam doesn't show up as an option but it seems likely that it might in the future. Does anyone know how flash detects webcams with the desktop linux plugin?

I don't know how well it would work because video playback isn't great while its transfering data.a.a.

I just noticed, the browser remembers zoom settings... While viewing a site at 100%, I click a link and then zoom in to 150% to read some tiny text. When I hit the back arrow the zoom goes back to 100% when the original page loads.
I dont remember this working like this before. It is a realy nice touch.
