Sorry for this realy stupid thread but. I don't do alot with my N900 even though i had it when it first come out. I am just unable to install no app's from your site, i have tried installing through the pc suite and no good. Been trying since finding your website yesterday and it's doing my head in. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

do you have repositories enabled?

There are at least 3 repositories coming off this website (for maemo.org). The most basic one is already included in the device itself and so any programs that should appear in the Hildon Application Manager (HAM) would most likely be coming from one of the few repositories from maemo.org.

Notably it would be coming from the extras repository.

hmm.okey listen up..
(1)--install nokia pc suite ,download packages from DOWNLOADs .then simply connect your N900 through usb-cable and send packages to N900 from PC and now you install or operate those packages ..
(2)--a simple google click WORKS ..http://http://thenokiablog.com/2009/...-applications/

thanks guys just tried 3 and all went in ok just the other 2 i have from another person won't install. can i install symbian sis, sisx files on to the n900?
