can u guys suggest useful gps navigation to me?? so that i could install to my phone. i dont know how to use the ovi map and it requires to connect with internet. i tried sygic..not updated. can i have something like garmin navigation on n900??

i use mappero on my phone and its perfect for me. It uses google maps and also has the voice navigation.... i think this is the only nav app which i like in n900

Modrana and CloudGPS are amazing.

CloudGPS *is* amazing, but it requires ongoing 3G access to work well. Nokia Maps isn't great, but, you can download/update the data files once off (via PC suite) and use it reliably without internet use, so, it's what tends to get used here. Not tried mappero, but probably should.

Finally, your choice, but it's usually a good idea not to go to PM unless you have good reason (personal data, privacy, need to reach a specific user). The whole point of a forum is that others contribute :-)

MoNav, and my review of it.

Warning: Don't expect commercial-grade navigation on the N900, besides Sygic.

i've used yosmapa in the past, accurate and does the job. also used sygic 9 maps.
