sending the n900 off to nokia for the second time. got repaired 6 months ago by them and i swear it was always going to break again at some point.

im getting a little depressed that nokia appear to be sending out n8's instead of repairing. is this true?

have i got the right to request another n900 or an e7 (in order to sell and buy another n900 ? )

In my opinion if they are unable to repair your N900 or give you a new one they should give you the money you paid for your N900 back or a N9 and some kind of refund because of the missing keyboard.

A N8 or E7 is clearly a totally different product category.
