hi thr, i got a second hand N900 from a fren, he screwed up the default security code, left me junks all around his/my N900...

i cant managed to reformat it to the factory default using clean way...

i learnt how to flash the firmware and emmc from here too, but at the end i got a fresh Maemo with only square boxes displays...

well then i asked my cousin (he own one N900 too), he den asked me to flash again and follow the steps carefully...

yeah, the second time, same, the third times, same...

the fourth times, it wont let me in anymore...

i switch on my device, iit shows Nokia boot screen and few seconds later, it shut down...

(PS: only showing me the NOKIA logo)

any idea what shud i do now???

Change the order of the two images you need to flash. It sounds as if you flashed the root image first (combined), followed by the Vanilla image. That results in images not being found.

Make sure there is no reboot in between the Vanilla image flash and the Combined image.

It could also be that N900 ran out of battery power, I'd also try with another spare battery if you happen to have one handy.
