Can anyone guide me on whether it is possible to copy the Ovi maps data over to N9 ? I have a N8 where I downloaded all maps (yes ALL maps) which is about 10GB files. I have the cities folder then backed up over a thumb drive so that I do not have to download the data over. Now when I try to delete the existing cities folder (rename it actually) and copy the new cities folder in my N9, the N9 does not seem to recognize all that data. I even tried just copying over the diskcache folder and just the maploader folder and then copying just the data files from diskcache without the cdt and what seemed like config files but N9 will not recognize the maps except the only ones that I download through N9 itself. I have no issue downloading the maps via Wifi but just that I cannot select "All continents" and I have to keep on doing it one country at a time !

anyone has any thoughts?

For some reason they are different map packs from what I understand...

That is a bit strange as all non map data files seem to have the same names and such and all xml files have the same text in them! But thanks arie..
