It's noway, becose the number of field of PIM in Nokia is not equal to Treo.
Now I have 2 device - Nokia N800 & Treo 680 and I think that use Nokia as PIM not possible. May be, if PimLico will be in future?

i used j-pilot under linux to sync the palm pim data, it has an option to export to vcard I think. this can be loaded by the built-in contacts app, but gLobster is correct the number of fields is different. you can also use gpe as I am now, once imported I used a sqlite front-end to tweek the categories to be the way I wanted. i have an n800, assuming options for 770 are similar.

I found success sending all my contacts (over 1000) via Bluetooth to my N800, then importing into the native application. While all the records transferred, you'll only have name, phone numbers and email addresses.

verizon (my provider) disables data transfer over bt which is why i am interested in migrating from my treo to the 700 so i can ditch the treo and verizon

robmiller-

Would you explain what you did to tweak the categories, and how? I am going to do the same thing, and I'd love to set things up 'my way'.

Thanks!

You need to get the calendar data to iCal (.ics) format. In linux you can use Kpilot or Jpilot to do that. In windows you can buy a program called DIMEX or first synchronize the data with Outlook, and export from there. There might be other options too.

Beware though, GPE Calendar gets awfully slow if you import a lot of data to it. I have 7 years of events imported and day view takes several seconds to show. There is a bug report filed, but no word on when it might be fixed.
