I don't have good insight of what may happened and how to solve your initial problem. All I can say it's a bit unfortunate now the repositories are down for unknown time. Which application were you uninstalling? It might be that reinstall and uninstalling might fix the issue...

If you want to reinstall your maemo 5 installation better known as flashing. Look here and read carefully and make a backup before.

You need rootsh installed to get this working.

In X-Terminal please try
Code:
sudo gainroot
dpkg --configure -a
This might repair the package management, but you will, may be, use that command for a couple of times to get rid of the error.

Try to force an install
Download rootsh here http://skeiron.org/repo/repository.m..._1.5_armel.deb
Save it to some place in your MyDocs (N900) data device
Clicking it might open the application manager. Since no dependencies are needed the install might succeed.

Do you have any additional file manager installed? Like filebox or hamster-filer, that could access the file system with root capabilities? Do you have sudser installed?

If none of these methods is installed a reflash is the only way to get the package management back on track, because of missing rights to correct things `easily`

But to be honest, i do know near nothing about the capabilities of rd-mode, which one can switch the phone to or the capabilities of this Nokia PC-Suite for Windows PCs. Anyone?

I don't have that installed, and i can't even conect my phone via pc suite, only usb storage mode.

How do i flash it the easieste way? cuz im not so good with computers :S

By the way, im Portuguese and this phone is locked to Tmn.

First make a backup with in-build Backup application of your contacts, conversations, application list and all either to an external microSD card or to MyDocs. You could then reflash the firmware following the links @amr.fayz gave you above
