I do not think so but you can create shortcuts for people on application launcher menu and bring all of them into one folder.So you can re-call faster.

I have an unlimited package, most of those who called me, I call back ...
Continually reset and gain boring, besides, there are times when I automatically answer the call, given that people do not expect this, and what I'll put out and call you back.
So, can I use the terminal to add the button near the reset and re-set, which will automatically bring down, and immediately call back to bring down the number?
