Hi Guys, I don't know if this has started to after after PR1.3 update but the drive application is not routing me to the shortest path. Yesterday the app offered me a route of 42km but I already knew a shorter route which ended up by 33km.

The app twice offered me to go back to the longer route and finaly accepted to take me to the shorter route. I wouldn't mind if the difference is small but 9km difference does not make sense, also I've checked the speed limit on both path, more or less similar except couple of rural area in between.

What is the main rule in the background, is it shortest route or fastest route?

AND, is there any way to make a selection in between?

Nokia drive is a crappy one. I don't know what happen, on symbian it worked flawlessly and here on N9 it chooses senseless routes. Hope someday someone will find a way to port Sygic to Harmattan.

well sony123 is currently working on getting the shortest route and optimized route up if you refer to the thread on getting automatic map colors...you will have to be a bit patient to get it...

I agree about sygic which I had on N900.
