This (again) feels like a newbie question but i've had no luck finding an answer so far. There doesn't seem to be any way to control video volume in Canola, or for that matter, exit the player without stopping the video and losing the position. I suppose thats technically not a question but you get the idea.

Part of me thinks this is probably because it's utilising a remote service with little real control over the video, but part of me hopes i'm wrong and missing something, because i'm liking Canola for audio and would prefer to use it for video too.

Can anyone clear this up for me?

Cheers
Tom.

You don't specify what device you have (770 or n800) but Canola version r2473m installed on my n800 allows the volume to be controlled by the - and + buttons on the top of the device.

Thanks for the volume tip - any way to get out and back without losing the position?

Hit the Home hardware button, then click Home or any other option on the menu that pops up. Canola will keep running in the background.

For audio yes, but when I use home during a video it immediately jumps back to the file list with no way to resume. Is this not other people's experience?
