hello
im a french user of Nokia N9 and i have many problems with him
on the first screen i don't have notification of facebook or my RSS feeds or my mail
i cant access to facebook directly with the apps facebook
and he have big latence when i open an apps

can you help me ?

Try a reset.
Settings -> Reset -> Restore Settings.

But seriously, write here what version of firmware are you using and also if you use any tweaks. If no, you could try fasterN9 to reduce the time of opening apps.

I am sure you have checked the geneal settings, but just to recap.
Go to Settings>Notifications>Notifications/Feed on home screen

Enable the 2 options in bold.

Secondly...
Go to Settings>Applications>Feeds>Update Feeds

Enable the Always automatically option under Update Feeds.

Hope this helps...
