This is just a USB adapter with a mini usb plug and charging plug at the other end. It just gives you the ability to charge your N800 from any USB port and also to use the N800 as a USB flashdrive (as would any USB->USB mini cable). There is no syncing software being sold as part of this product.
Check out this product: looks like they have certified it for the N800.
