Follow the instructions that Wikiwide has posted and if you have any issues its better to read the Snowshoe thread from the last few pages instead of creating a separate one...

devel-su
{enter your password}
apt-get install snowshoe-mobile
if you run it as user how will it work?

Did you have any problems installing Snowshoe repositories? What does it say if you type in X-Terminal?
