Hey,

after visiting www.flashplayerversion.com the page says, that Flash Player Version 9.0.254 is installed.

How can I update the device to Flash 9.4?

I am using the Nokia N900...

Regards,
Pepade

That page shows AFL 9,1,122,0 for my HTC Hero. This phone was released months ago, and the N900 is not even running the same version? Not that the minor difference probably makes any difference, but I thought the N900 was supposed to have very good flash support and I've certainly heard the Flash 9.4 thing as well, I was actually sure that the N900 would have better flash support than the Hero and I'm very suprised to hear this.

Anyway, this is pretty odd. Does anybody know what's going on? Was the Flash 9.4 thing just some random nonsense similar to "Flash 10 is coming" or what?

yeah I'm also interested to hear what is going on here?
This site doesn't work as an example: http://www.dragonagejourneys.com/

I don't know how to check what version the site uses

Definately advertised as 9.4, is there much difference with this and the version i have shown above? Watching streaming video for me can be a struggle at the moment.

I'm not even able to find any information on "Flash 9.4" by googling for it. I wonder what it really even refers to or if such a version exists.

Frankly, I've never really understood the version numbers of Flash anyway. Seems like all the mobile devices are trying to mislead customers on purpose about how great their Flash support it...the Hero was supposed to be the first device with Flash 10, and I think that really only meant that some videos play better on it. Very confusing, what I'd want is just a clear "support for Flash 10" and Facebook's Scrabble to work
