_X_ you are a bit out of luck as the repositories are down. You can follow this guide to set up temporary mirrors and find the packages you need via Application manager or apt-get (terminal). Keep in mind that all libqtm-11-xxxxxx packages are deprecated and replaced by one package: libqtm-12 (not libqtm-12-xxxxxxx)

apt-cache search (package name) will search and apt-get install (package name) will install packages. Hor just use application manager, start typing to search)
You'll have to check this but IIRC both packages are in extras.
