Might be dumb enough question, I alsmost put in newbie forum, but think it's appropriate enough in Accessories.

I've seen the bluetooth guide, but while looking for another keyboard that would fit my needs I find a lot of "2.4 GHz Wireless" Keyboards. Is this the same as Bluetooth or are they wifi?

It looks like it's the same frequency, but it seems odd that they wouldn't drop associated buzzword. I'm hoping to be able to use these without the dongle. If not what are the chances of using the dongle that comes with these keyboards via USB host mode? The only advantage over a USB keyboard at that point would be the Bluetooth one would have it's own power supply and wouldn't overtax the N800's USB power output.

Finally Here's what I'm looking for in case someone has other suggestions. It must be a full size keyboard with Number pad. Silent key clicks are important. I don't really care about portability/size. I won't be using this walking around, probably even while N800 is being charged. On the same note, wireless isn't really that important, but might be nice for use with a future media center. A built in trackball or touchpad would be nice. Multimedia might also be nice, but I suspect there is no drivers to support the extra keys. So far the full size and silent key combination has lead me to this or this wifi option.

most likely they are just dongle based wireless keyboards that happen to use what is basically a free-to-use frequency. basically, the frequency range that wifi, bluetooth and wireless phones work on are in most parts of the world uncontrolled by any kind of regulatory agency. this because you need a hell of a lot of power to get them to broadcast anything beyond a couple of 100 meters, and are easy to block as well on lower power.
