I has updated my system to the last edition.

Tools -> control panel -> memory

It display my device storage is 0% used, but in "detail", I can find device storage has been occupied partially by applications and documents.

Is it a bug of new OS?

It starts at 0%, but it should start counting after a few seconds and continue for a while until it stops at the final numbers: It calculates the usage in real time.

Works fine (that is, as before) on my (upgraded) N800.

I think the memory occupied by applications isn't considered as used memory.

That 'memory' isn't RAM btw., it's flash memory, i.e. storage space spent by files (including application files)
