I was wondering who of you out there has an always on connection to their tablet and what your setup is? Phone, carrier, etc.

I really would like to have an always on connection to my tablet but already have a phone that's not capable of it, and would have to pay ETF to go with a carrier that does, or just have a separate plan for it, which wouldn't be so bad.

Does anyone know of a bluetooth HSDPA modem that is stand alone? Like, a wireless PCMCIA card except connects via bluetooth.
