people using the psp have had a video file that they've been running full screen that cycles the colors over and over... they say that as long as the pixels are stuck and not dead there's a good chance that running this for a couple of hours can fix the stuck pixels
The touch screen may be too thick to allow this to work but for those of you with stuck pixels it may be worth a shot. I uh... don't have any.
