I am working on creating a video conferencing application similar to the Google Talk application on the Nokia N8x0 devices. I have used GStreamer to build the application so far, but I have heard that Google used the Telepathy framework in building its application. So I am wondering which framework is better for creating such a streaming video communication application? Please let me know your thoughts on ease of use, ease of maintenance, ease of creating an application from each framework, and ease of finding help and documentation for application creation.
