hey all...just wanna say that I can't wait to get my hands on the N900 as i've pre-ordered it from amazon (hopefully i'll get the $582.99 price instead of $588 that i pre-ordered it for)...but anyways...now my gf wants a new "bad-***" phone :P...so i was wondering if shud get her n900 as well, or get som'n different and go with the Samsung B7610 OmniaPRO. i mean the ameloid screen and all, and i like the keyboard on it is better as well (in my opinion)...the processor seems to be faster, but since its a WM phone, idk how good it is...

Well the reason for this post is simply cuz i want other people's opinion on it...weather i shud go for the samsung, or stick to n900?

well is it has to be a qwerty keyboard phone, than there are less chances of getting some thing similar to N900. If you she's okay with keyboard less slate phone, such as iphone 3gs, samsung omnia hd, htc leo or sony ericcson xperia x3. Then there are more choices to look at as well.

yea has to be a qwerty phone, cuz she dont like typin on the screen (hates Iphone -- dat a girl) and yea i do realize that with the samsung b7610 she won't be able to use 3g with tmobile but she dont care bout that. i really like the n900 for her as well, but idk if i want her to have the same phone as me :P haha

I personally will go with HTC touch pro 2 over the Samsung B7610. It has one of the best keyboard and a really good screen as well.

no not really into the HTP2...if not any other/different phones...then can some1 tell me if i shud just go with N900 or the samsung? (out of these two?)

OF COURSE i'll still take into consideration if anyone has a different phone to suggest! :P
