Since the update to PR1.1 my N900 no longer recognizes any of the imported X.509 CA and client certificates. I've tried several Web sites, but it does not recognize the CA used to issue the certificate. And I can longer connect to sites requiring an imported client certificate.

I've tried deleting and re-importing the certificates and restarted the device, but it still doesn't work. All certificates are shown in the Certificate Manager, and the key3.db and cert8.db files in /home/user/.mozilla/microb/ got updated after I've re-imported the certificates.

It was working fine including the client certificate before I upgraded to PR1.1.

I'm getting the same thing; a client cert that was previously working in MicroB now isn't, and trying to import the certificate from a file (the way it was imported before) fails with the error "invalid certificate unable to install".

There's nothing obvious in the list of PR1.1 changes related to certificate handling, but something's clearly changed - can anyone shed any light before I head off to bugzilla?

I have got a new device yesterday. First step was to update to PR1.1.

After that I've tried to import the root certificate of cacert.org. This was sucessful, but everytime I tried to access a HTTPS-side (with cacert-Certificate) gives an error message (...uses an invalid security certificate.).

Restart of browser and reboot of phone doesn't help.

Does anybody already added a bug report?

I can confirm this - I had a root cert and personal cert for my employer installed pre-PR1.1 and they worked nicely. Now, after the update, MicroB appears to ignore them, even though they are still present in the certificate manager.
