anyone else have this problem? in the top left corner my ctrl/sym and number 1 key started creeking alot wheni press it and now after less then 1 month of owning this phone its gone limp and lost its spring n almost freely rattle about! im going to phone nokia store tmrw when they are open and try and get a new phone or my money back.

what do you guys think the liklyness of them helping me in anyway for free will be? bought on 5th dec arrived late at my home on the 9th- 10th of dec and will be contacting them on 4th of jan? so less then 1month arrrrrgh

I have switched over at the moment to the virtual keyboard --- wish I could get rid of the physical one in exchange for more battery.

I haven't had any problem with the physical keyboard -- I just think it's a hassle and a distraction to have to keep using it.

anyone know nokias return policy on damaged goods?
