hi all got some questions about memory card .how can i send a file from the internal drive to the memory card ?is it possible to format the card via n900 . many thanks if you can guide me on the first question lol cheers

Go into file manager, find your file on internal memory, click it and hold and a menu will appear, select move or copy a dialogue will pop up hit the back arrow till you see your memory card then click it.
2. go to memory card, click and hold over it thne select format.
