Please help. I just bought and installed JoikuSpot. Afterwards though I am not able to connect to my WIFI connection. I am getting the error "Network connection error. Try again?" .

I tried to remove JoikuSpot but still does not work. I also tried to reflash but still unable to connect.

Please help!

might be best to email joikuspot - as they have their own repo etc etc....

But i'm sure someone on here is clever enough to help

Exxplain in detail what you mean by it's not working...
What have you tried, what happens... etc etc

I am getting the error "Network connection error. Try again?" when I try to connect to my home network. 3G/2G works fine.

I have tried to reset as well as reflash my N900. Still getting the same error. I emailed Joiku already, but any help would be appreciated.

Try to reset your wifi router instead.

I have exactly the same issue after I installed Joiku!

My post in their forums (No reply from them yet):
Dear Joiku Community,

I installed a few hours ago Joiku and was really happy with it, everything worked as expected. The phone may gets a bit hot cause of the Speedmeters, so a option in the future to disable the GUI would be helpful.

Now to the negative part, since the I installed Joiku I have no chance anymore to use my WLAN connection. When I connect to a network I get the error "Network-Error, retry?". I tested several WLAN networks and get always the same error. I restarted the phone after the Joiku installation of course and Joiku itself is working just fine, but everything else WLAN related stopped working.

I have the latest N900 firmware installed, uninstalled Joiku already to check if it may gets fixed that way and removed all WLAN connections to re-add them without success.

It would be nice to get a reply as soon as possible because a N900 without WLAN is quite useless if you got no 3G flat.

With best regards,
Crogge

If you reflashed the device it's not Joiku's problem, try another router or check your router settings.

hmmm anyone know away to remove all traces of wireless settings on the n900? (Woulda thought a reflash would have done it though)

AFAIK a reflash DOES remove settings unless they are restored.
