Flash rootfs and emmc.

Open Nokia maps, Connect Wi-Fi, Open conversation and Media player and paly music.

My phone reboot loop again and again.

If you are flashing with USB cable change the cable.

Also are you flashing through the maemo flasher? or NSU?

EDIT: Looks like you're using the maemo flasher.

You could always try to do it through the NSU, it should guarantee 0 problems when updating the firmware..
