hey all, I'm a very happy N900 owner, although I'm not tech savvy at all. I was wondering if there is an way I could make my N900 do everything my ipod currently does, so I don't have to carry both around. As I understand it, I can sync my itunes songs, podcasts and audiobooks on my N900, right? I do most of my ipod listening through my BMW 328i's ipod jack, that is hardwired into my car's radio system. Is there any sort of way the N900 can be plugged into that with some sort of adapter? I would guess not, but I figured it would be worth checking.
Thanks in advance and N900 rocks!

Hey guys, how awsome would a device and add that allowed wireless ipod jack for the n900 ?
Bluetooth or wifi, small box that has an ipod jack plug on it and wireless comms chip. Add some software to send and respond to the ipod jack requests and we'd have wireless ipod dock compatibility. (something the ipod, iphone, iphone 3g, ipad and upcoming iphone4g do not have)
I can help with the hardware if anyone fancies doing the software. Plus, who knows the list of functions for an ipod jack along with pinouts etc?
I'll start researching the interface.
Anyone think this could be VERY VERY cool???
I'll even go and buy a car with an ipod jack if we get it working

get the fm boost app, and keep the phone near the head unit. works a charm for me! if there's a lot of fm congestion where you live theres a thread on here somewhere about extending the frequency range of the transmitter outside of the radio station allocated bandwidth.
Thanks in advance and N900 rocks!
