Open a terminal
Gain root access ('sudo su' or 'su' or whatever you have enabled)
Enter the following line:
echo 1 > /sys/devices/platform/gpio-switch/kb_lock/disable
It should immediately disable the keyboard lock.

I found solution in this thread:

But don't understand how to:
"/sys/devices/platform/gpio-switch/kb_lock/state" in /sbin/mce to "/sys/devices/platform/gpio-switcx/kb_lock/state".
