Hello everyone,

I have a quick question for all of you. Me and my friend tried to do a skype video call from his pc to my phone today, and we experienced a problem. We were able to talk to each other but we were unable to see each other. When ever i tried to video call him, i would get a message saying ''Call not allowed'', so i was wondering what was causing the problem and if there is any way to fix it?
