So ive had my N900 for maybe 2 or 3 months now, with minimal problems. But today the vibrate just stopped working all together, up untill now i havent had any problems with the vibrate. Vibrate is checked in both profiles but nothing, not when receiving txts, calls, boot up or when performing a health check. Vibrate did however work for ONE message after it stopped, then stopped again right after that one. Its really annoying as i like to keep my divice on silent and this makes it a little hard haha.
If anyone could help that would be great

When you tap on your screen, does it still vibrate or have you disabled that?

I had it turned off (just to save battery) but then when the vibrate played up today I turned it on just to see if it would work and got nothing?

Have you installed any apps recently, maybe that has done something :x. I'm not too sure sorry.

Nothing new, the only apps i devel apps i have are fMMS and HealthCheck? SOMEONE HEEEEEEEELP!!!!?? the notification light just isnt enough lol

You can try to remove the battery for a few seconds and turn it back on. Are you sure none of those apps have control over your notifications? Calls etc..

Yeah I'll give that a go, happy to try anything atm. Yeah 100% sure.
It just vibrated on a txt i received, it sounded really labored, like you'd imagine a phone would on low battery, but it's on full charge?

The world cup app Pelota was known to cause this problem quite often. Try to remove it if you've still got it installed.

And now it's stopped all together again...that didn't last long haha

I never got the cup app in the first place =[ I want my phone to work damn it lol
