Lately my e-mail widget has been misbehaving - it would only show new messages if the e-mail client is open. A few seconds after I close it the widget reverts back to showing "no new messages" while there are in fact a few.
I am using it with an always on setup to an MS exchange server, I am able to receive and send messages and get new message notifications. The widget however doesn't update unless I open the e-mail client.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced that widget behavior and of course is there anything that could be done to fix it.

p.s.
Just noticed that I am also getting "Internal error. Application 'E-mail' closed" which might have something to do with it ... I reflashed my phone yesterday for that exact reason...

Any help would be appreciated!
