nothing happens after installing winflash. The cmd window opens then closes really fast. What am I doing wrong?

You need to open a command line promt (cmd) as admin user, navigate to the flasher install directory and the use flasher to flash your phone

I've found a few sketchy downloads - I really dont need malware to come with it.
Does anyone have a copy they can give me? I just bought my N9 and I'm loving it, but like my N900, I know I'll need to flash it eventually
