If you can still start the phone just try the terminal variant:
devel-su
ssu re 3.2.0.12
version --dup
Oups you want to install 3.0.0.8 - so
ssu re 3.0.0.8
Sorry. But with this trick I was able to update a hanging update process like you have.

After i download sfos 3.0.0.8 on my jolla C.
device reboot and i have this error.
How to resolve it?
