Will this work with tablets? It would be very nice if we were not just restricted to tablet users. I enjoy chatting with my wife via video on 810's, it would be nice if that could be expanded to include anyone with a PC.

No plug-in release mentioned for Linux.

As I understand it, the press release is about a browser plug-in that will almost certainly not run on the tablets.
But: Will it be possible to start the video chat application on the tablet (with a gmail account) and connect to somebody running this plug-in.

I could not get video or audio to work from tablet to a Mac Firefox host. The call 'rings' but I can't pick up. I submitted error logs to Google. I still need to try PC Firefox but I don't have much hope. It's too bad because I really enjoy tablet to tablet video chat.

If this gives us this chance, it will be enormously appreciated!
But to me, the help page is a kind of generic on the point.

I had the same experience as Frank Banul from my tablet to an XP host. The PC says that the tablet is calling, and I pick up the call on the PC, but the tablet just keeps ringing... I also submitted my logs...
