Last saturday I ordered an n800 from buy.com and it arrived a few hours ago. Since then I've been trying to set things up, but it seemed to crash nearly constantly under just light browsing. Checking exactly the same sites on my 770 causes no problems at all. I flashed it to 4.2007.38-2 using the nokia update tool and it's still acting exactly the same. My best guess is bad memory or something. Anyway, how can I get it repaired or replaced? When I enter my information on https://www.nokiausa.com/A4410046 it just hangs for a while and eventually gives me some 404-style message. What should I do?

Try calling and reporting your problem, also perhaps 2008OS will give you better luck? It should be out shortly, I persoanlly would avoid Nokia repair at all options, it takes months to get it back.....

I've been looking around the website more, but I'm not sure what the best number to call is. has anyone called before with a problem? which did you use?

In USA

Call the Nokia Care Contact Center at 1-888-NOKIA-2U
(1-888-665-4228).
Monday through Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST.
Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST.

I assume its different in other countries?

As with most of the support links on the internet today, they hide them so people can't easily find them
