You have to harass Adobe because Flash on Linux does not work with webcams, period.

Nokia has bought the Media Sharing site called Twango.
On this Site you can use a Webcam to upload video directly to your Twango account.
Now I tried to use my N800's webcam and it seems the Site's apps does not reconize the N800's Webcam.
Can some developer develop an apps that would give access to the N800's Webcam on the Twango site.
This would be a great tool to share with friends.
