I just dl'ed and installed the 2008Beta on N800 internal flash. It worked .......... alright, I guess: But a lot of things that I use on the 2007Os are either not there or not working; Skype does not work, Video Center is not there, simple launcher...... So, I already take the plunge and now ask for solution , my previous system: 4.2007.26-8 on internal flash and MMC boot. And the present system: 1.2007.44-4 (the 2008beta) internal flash boot, and no boot menu to access previous MMC boot.

Questions:

1) Can I keep the present system but install a bootmenu so that I can boot from flash/2008beta AND MMC/2007Os? And what is the WiFi status with this configuration?

2) If the above config is fine, am I using this bootmenu, http://fanoush.wz.cz/maemo/#initfs?

3) If 1) WiFi problem persist, then I guess I would just roll back to 2007Os, which is easy with Milhouse neverfailed "Simplified.....clone...."
