I took the forums down for now because it was getting a constant stream of spambots. Seriously, about one a minute. It'll stay down until I find a good way to keep them away.

The Jabber server went down yesterday at about 5pm EST or so. It was due to some sort of outage at the hosting provider. It's back up now.

I'd still rather take the downtime over having to deal with Pidgin.

Yahoo just changed their protocol. Pidgin users will have to wait for a new version of the Pidgin plugin for Yahoo to be available. I just have to update one thing to fix it for everyone using Jablet.

Edit: Update installed successfully. Enjoy your Yahoo.

Thanx for the update Jay, I much prefer going the Jablet way then to dink around with Pidgin, even if it means unexpected downtimes.

And I feel your pain about the spambots, I used to run my own site and server but gave it up because of all the spamiing, I'd end up everyday spending more time getting rid of the spam then actually doing anything with my site.
